Life Discipling Ministries (LDM)
seek to fulfill the calling of The Navigators UK - to advance the gospel of
Jesus and his kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of
labourers living and discipling among the lost. This is being worked out
in the following ways:
Alongside Churches ...
All LDM Reps. are connected with the
ongoing ministry of their local churches, some as staff members. Our
Intentional Disciplelmaking Church (IDC) Process, Tailor Made Training (TMT) and
The 2:7 Series discipleship programmes are used by churches to keep discipling
at the heart of their mission.
...in the Workplace
We have a long-range vision for
Navigator trained men and women to be located in the 12 regional capitals of the
UK. From these 'Gateway' cities we want to stimulate a movement of people
making an impact with the gospel in the workplaces of the country. We are
piloting this ministry in Southampton and other selected locations. We
hope to reproduce models from these two locations elsewhere when the time is

... and through Regional Networks
We provide 'watering holes' for
individuals who share a passion for life discipling within their relational
networks. We help and encourage them to practise their vision for
disciplemaking where God has placed them ... in their local churches and
neighbourhoods. Network groups meet regionally two or three times a
year. We currently have groups in Scotland, the North-East, the North-West
and East Midlands.
