Discipleship 2: Redefine

“Discipleship”, “Disciple” and “Disciple Making”… What does it all mean?

Description

The terms “Discipleship”, “Disciple” and “Disciple Making” are used widely in the Body of Christ but are we using these terms to mean the same things? This talk, given as an introduction and a summary either side of a group Bible study on Jesus’ definition of a disciple, brings clarity to the use of these sometimes confusing terms. It also elaborates on what a disciple of Jesus really is, looking at one thing a disciple is and three things that a disciple is not. This message will challenge and encourage you to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. This talk was given at the 2014 Navigators East Midlands Day Conference on Saturday 8th November 2014 at Leicester City Vineyard.
