Introduction to Disciple-Making Cultures

Why are disciple-making cultures needed and how do Christian leaders create them?

Description

Michael outlines the need for us as the church to create disciple-making cultures and goes on to outline two helpful models for leaders to use: The Culture Hand – to unpack what culture is; and The Craftsmanship Framework – to unpack what disciple-making is. Together, these models can help leaders to create more effective disciple-making cultures. This talk was given at a Church Leaders’ Day on 20th January 2018, run by the Navigators’ Church Ministries Team.
