I have really benefitted and continue to benefit from those who have drawn alongside me. It's developed and supported me and given me the vision to be alongside others creating generational disciples.
My day job is as a Civil Engineer, with the Navigators I work with others to lead a student ministry in Southampton and contribute to Refuel events.

More about my work
There's been a student ministry for over 50 years. As a student the Navigators were key to me as my faith was shaped and moulded. Keen to continue to be involved with the movement I joined the graduate leadership team and have taken on more responsibility as others have stepped back.
We host a weekly small group at our house aimed at university students, we have a enthusiastic, committed group that meet to study and discuss the bible, encouraging one another and supporting each other in prayer.
We are holding on to God's promise in Galatians 6:9-10 for this group 'Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.'
Being alongside others is a huge encouragement to me, I trust God that my relationship with a few is the best way that I can advance his kingdom. That God is changing the world for the better one heart at a time.
Psalm 37 resonates with with my desire; 'trust in the LORD', 'commit your way to the LORD', 'be still before the LORD' and he will act, wickedness and evil will be defeated and the righteous will have safe pasture
