For 15 years we led the Navigator student work in Southampton (2005-2020) which was a brilliant platform to get alongside others and help them to grow both as disciples, and as disciple-makers. Many of the folk we worked with during these fruitful years have become close friends and it is a joy to continue to walk with many of them in different contexts. The two main ways this takes place is firstly through the Navigators City collective in Southampton and secondly through our work with 20s to 40s. The latter is our monthly 'Building to Last' network and our regular REFUEL day conferences. During the summer we are usually found in the rugged mountains of Norway along with a bunch of 18-35s eager to see the world and grow in their faith.

In addition to these things, Steve is also part of the Navigators International Missions Team and is the director of Formation School (link), a 9 month Discipleship programme run in partnership with Living Leadership (link). and Above Bar Church (link).

Debbie helps support Mums with young children through the NavMums network and she serves as part of the Families Together team at Above Bar Church.

In all these things we value the chance to draw alongside others to encourage them in their walk with Jesus and help them develop a vision of they can do the same in the lives of others.
