NavMums
Our vision
The NavMums online community is a safe space where mums come together to navigate discipleship.
We aim to help each other:
- GROW in our relationship with Jesus in the unique season of motherhood
- KNOW that being a mum is disciple-making and is hugely impactful for the Kingdom!
- OVERFLOW with God’s love as we draw alongside our family and others around us
What we do
We meet online once a month, on a Friday 10-11am. We begin with a short talk on a relevant issue and how the Bible speaks into it; then we discuss it further in breakout rooms, sharing our own experiences and thoughts; finally we make space to pause and reflect with God.
Many of us have our children or grandchildren alongside us during this hour. In between these meetings, we have a WhatsApp group where we share encouragements, prayer requests and resources with each other.
We encourage NavMums to invite their friends and host watch parties. There are two options here: joining us on a Friday together with friends and then either joining a breakout room or chatting in their own group, or using the recorded talk and discussion questions in their own time, whenever works best for their community.
