Mike is an assistant national director with an eye on much of what happens across England and Wales.
Becky leads NavMums - A UK wide community of mums with a heart for getting alongside our children, our families and those we do life with.

More about my work
We both became followers of Jesus at university. Our hearts were changed, utterly and completely. We were captivated by Jesus.
As young, pretty clueless, Christians, we met the Navigators. We experienced for ourselves the beauty of someone coming alongside us…
- Reading the Bible with us…
- Teaching us to pray and to hear from God…
- Listening well to us and journeying through the ups and downs of life with us…
- Infusing us with hope for our future because, whatever may come, we know Jesus is with us, is for us, is our safe place and our strength.
These alongsider relationships revolutionised our walks with Jesus.
And now we seek to give what we were so generously given. We are so passionate about this vision of coming alongside people because we know the difference it made to our own lives. God has graciously enabled us to learn from our own experience and to invest in the lives of those around us, whether that be parents at the school gate, our own daughters or friends in our local community.
Getting alongside others is both an honour and a challenge. But what we have learned is – that whatever is going on for an individual, whatever their current reality is, wherever they are in terms of faith – Jesus can utterly change their story. We all have an intrinsic need to be seen, to be known and to be loved. And as alongsiders, we often have the privilege of being able to speak into those deep needs. When life gets hard, as it invariably does for all of us, we can invite Jesus into those dark places and watch as lament and hope rise up.
However the vision doesn’t stop here. These precious individuals often go on to speak life, hope and meaning into the lives of those they know. And so the work goes on…
