Two months in Colorado, USA
This trip is a unique summer training program run by the Navigators Worldwide Partnership. Students, recent graduates and Navigator staff involved in Navigator ministries across the world come to Glen Eyrie Conference Centre in Colorado Springs, Colorado (the international home of The Navigators) for a summer of intense growth.

The programme is our international Global Student programme (GSP) bringing together student aged Navigators from across the globe including those from Africa, Asia and Latin America. Inspirational content and excellent community. It combines training and group sessions with team work.
Deadline: 13th December 2025
When
GSP Dates: 3 June to 4 Aug 2026. Team Leaders are expected to join earlier from 1 June 2026.
Where
Location of GSP: Glen Eyrie, Colorado Springs, USA
Who
UK Team size for GSP: Up to 5 people (aged 20-25) to join the group of up to 40 people from around the world. Team Leaders can be older.
Priority will be give to those involved in a Navigator ministry, those ages 20-25 who have at least 2 years of post-secondary education and those who can attend the whole program
Team Suitability: This trip is open and suitable for all students, recent graduates and Connect Workers. Over 18’s only.
Cost
The cost for GSP is $2,000 (non inclusive of travel). Some financial assistance is available.
Health & Insurance
Applicants are expected to obtain Travel Insurance that covers the risk of cancellation, any medical expenses incurred during your trip including repatriation of body and any trip disruption (e.g. due to civil unrest or volcanic ash affecting air travel).
You are responsible also for supplying accurate information as required by the insurer, and communicating details of your insurance arrangements to your team leader.
In the UK insurers who offer suitable insurance include Salt Insurance and Banner Insurance.
Before & After
Before the trip there will be an orientation ideally face to face but failing that online. Attendance at Orientation is compulsory.
At the end of the trip there will be a team debrief we on site where we will ensure that there is space for personal and group reflection to process all that God has been teaching you during the trip.
After the trip it is also expected that you will attend a post-trip debrief session. This will be 2 to 3 weeks after you return from the trip, and is an essential component of the overseas experience.

Practicalities
Please note that you are applying to join the Global Student Programme organised by the ‘Navigators Worldwide Partnership’. In the UK, the programme is advertised through the Navigators, Turner House, 54 The Avenue, Southampton, SO17 1XQ.
DBS Checks: Not Required
Passport and Visas: UK citizens with a valid UK passport with at least 6 months remaining on it.

I look back on my two and a half months in Colorado Springs with much affection – it was like a turbo charge for my faith amongst great new friends from across the world that helped me meet with God significantly on more than one occasion. I recommend this programme to anyone.
