At the start of the year I found myself hankering after some endorphins, so I joined our local gym. As I settled into something of a routine I mostly found myself at Body Combat, a vigorous thirty minute workout where you punch and kick your way to fitness.
Easter is approaching, the time for death and resurrection. The time to mark the single greatest victory in the history of all humankind: love, light, goodness, truth, beauty and hope conquering hate, darkness, evil, lies, ugliness and despair. Yet the road to the ‘hallelujah’ we sing is not always an easy one.
In a world full of connection, we often feel more disconnected than ever. Yet it’s slightly lazy to place all the blame at the feet of smartphones and other devices. It seems that humans throughout the ages haven’t always listened to each other well.
